Problems while taking appointment from doctors

"1. Taking appointment from doctors is a costly, time consuming and tiring job. If anybody is ill and wants to visit a doctor for checkup, he or she needs to visit the hospital and waits until the doctor is available. The patient also waits in a queue for many hours while getting the appointment. People visits hospital from distant areas which is laborious, costly (in terms of fare) and time consuming.
2. Tracking patients medical record via traditional system is not the best solution. Make it digitize would help the analyst and scientist to extract meaningful data and perform their research and it would also help the data scientist to analyze the pattern of patient records. There should be an online repository for it just like Kaggle."
