Currently, there is a problem in developing countries regarding lack of automated management decision support system.

Lack of automated management decision support system at the country level and tools including data-analysis, neural networks, artificial intelligence in order to implement successful state projects.Implementation of online cross-platform for monitoring state projects would affect all citizens and promote swift decision-making and proactive governance of the state projects.
