I have issues with exam taking format ,and seriously want to change it...

The Problem ,I'm talking about is related to exam taking format . Usually we ,students facing this problem too much in our educational institutes . As we know not all students have outclass IQ ,only some have ,the issue is our exams should be intelligence(concept base) or MCQs base instead of Ratta (mugging up) and detailed exams .This is so torturing way for students .They put so much struggle to learn for exams and take so much stress but what is the point/advantage/good result of it? Just after the exam we forget all the things which we learn because there is no work of it in our regular life usually . (In my opinion that's such a big problem for karachi board students) :(
