Inefficient and improper agricultural tax collection

Agricultural tax is not recorded or collected efficiently. The answer would be using satellite imagery to calculate crop yield and then using that data to determine potential agricultural tax. This data could also be used to check if the crop yield in specific areas has decreased prompting the govt to initiate interventions.
