There are thousands of land grabbing cases and dual property file cases.

There are multiple cases of government and private land grabbing in Pakistan especially in Karachi city. the case of Nasla Tower is a recent example of how builder mafias grabbed government land and build high raise on these plots. Dual filing is also an issue, like we in the past four or five years it is rapidly increasing and the real owners of the property are struggling, the mafia uses their contacts to duplicate a file and grabbed the private property of the citizen of Pakistan. illegal high raises are also there, and the government officials take bribes to pass the lease to those projects.And these projects also caused the accident in the form of collapse and causes hundreds of deaths which is not good for Pakistan.
