Fake COVID Vaccination certificates in Pakistan

"Nowadays we are hearing too much about Fake COVID Vaccination certificates in Pakistan. I have a solution idea for it. News of fake certificates are destroying image of Pakistan on the whole world. If we have Face detection system in Vaccination room that will be linked with NADRA and for every citizen, the system generates a unique ID which will be mentioned on COVID Vaccination certificate.
With Face detection system and some unique ID (that only our System knows), this issue can be solved."
